Here, you will make an impact by: Leads customer engagement in defined territory Implements sales strategies for Aerospace and Defense customers Supports sales direction of Aerospace & Defense Division Key Accounts Drives new business opportunities for 3M Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, valid Driver’s License.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of Sales Experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Work location: Eastern Region USA
Travel: May include up to 40% domestic
