About The Position

The Pre-Sales – Solution Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, supporting complex enterprise deals, and driving pricing rigor across a broad portfolio of FIS solutions. This role partners closely with commercial strategy teams, product experts, legal, and finance stakeholders to ensure competitive, revenue‑aligned pricing and operational excellence throughout the deal cycle.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial strategy, deal structuring, pricing, or financial modeling.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • Ability to create pricing scenarios, interpret financial models, and translate findings into client‑facing materials.
  • Familiarity with enterprise‑level contracting and legal processes.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong management skills
  • Domain expertise in at least one area
  • Engagement on Sales and Business Strategy
  • Pre-sales Excellence - raising the bar for the team, making tough decisions, and knowing what great looks like

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fintech, enterprise software pricing, or multi‑product packaging.
  • Prior involvement with DART, Pricing Generator, or similar pricing/pro‑forma tools.
  • Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise RFPs.
  • Background in financial analysis, commercial strategy, or presales.
