Summary A Pre-Sales Solution Architect plays a crucial role in the sales process, providing architectural, product expertise and technical guidance. You will partner with enterprise sales teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. This role involves understanding customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the customer’s business needs and technical specifications. This is a hybrid position based in our Jacksonville, FL office, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field of study; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8 plus years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role
  • Knowledge of payments, acquiring, merchant processing, digital assets
  • Familiarity with competitor solutions
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing expertise-level sales solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively cross organizationally or with partner teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop solution architecture frameworks to support sales initiatives.
  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise through technical leadership and consultation.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop solution sales execution plans.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, pre-sales, and product managers.
  • Assist in developing new features/solutions in line with sales execution plans, including maturity assessments and business case ROI.
  • Participate in executive engagement and solution workshops.
