The Sales/Shop Coordinator sets the schedule of new equipment through the pre-delivery process and schedule of delivery to both internal and external customers and works with shop and sales departments to ensure equipment is modified and delivered correctly in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.”

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years’ experience with equipment and mechanical applications of construction equipment and related attachments required
  • 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
  • 1+ years customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Review work orders for all new machine pre-deliveries and RPO New and Used machines. Identify cost discrepancies and work with the Service Department for corrections.
  • Review all work orders charged to an RPO machine and indicate which are to be charged to the conversion.
  • Manage the RPO return process, including the machine & attachment return, inspection request, and damage review.
  • Determine repairs, submit shop request, and make available when completed.
  • Submit shop requests for all new machine arrivals, stock, rental fleet, and Wagne Rents.
  • Modify and send the Attachment Receive report daily.
  • Modify and send the Machine Received report daily
  • Update machine’s status, description, tag on tag off attachments.
  • Create truck sheets coordinates the delivery of equipment between the Salesmen, Transportation Department, and end user.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
