About The Position

Provide repair/ replacement options to clients. Complete proper documentation for any sold repair/ replacement jobs. (Ex. Rebate information, job information, collection information, installation information). Consistently achieve assigned sales goals by monthly and quarterly objectives. Work Hours This is an exempt position. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the business. Competencies Have the ability to make quick, sound decisions even with limited information. Be highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong, proven track record in HVAC sales. Education and Experience Requires a valid driver’s license. 5+ years of previous sales in HVAC Equipment and Services. Work Environment Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. May be exposed to uncomfortable temperatures and/or conditions. Occasionally exposed to wet, snow, hot and humid conditions. Subject to dark confined work spaces such as crawl space and attics. Office like work environment as well throughout the day. Physical Requirements Light to moderate work conditions. Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, bend, crawl and kneel. Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting. Qualifications5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history. Able to pass a background and drug screening Competencies Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must have good oral and written communications skills. Observe all company procedures and safety rules. Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.
Requirements
- Requires a valid driver’s license.
