We’re seeking a driven, customer-focused Service Technician who takes pride in consultative selling and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll manage pre-scheduled maintenance visits, perform detailed inspections, and identify opportunities to improve system performance, safety, and longevity—all while creating a memorable “WOW” experience for every homeowner you serve.

Requirements

  • Valid, non-probationary driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a structured daily route
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with homeowners
  • Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Nice To Haves

  • Construction or trade experience preferred
  • Consultative sales, upselling, or advisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete scheduled annual maintenance appointments with efficiency and professionalism
  • Perform thorough system inspections and identify consultative improvement opportunities
