About The Position

The Sales Service Representative plays a key role in expanding the organization’s service portfolio by actively promoting preventative maintenance programs to both new prospects and existing customers. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify client needs, recommend tailored maintenance solutions, and help customers protect their assets through consistent service programs. This position works cross‑functionally with Service, Operations, and Management to ensure accurate quoting, seamless onboarding, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and customer service, or business development preferred.
  • Experience in service, maintenance, or technical environments preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite apps such as Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to use Adobe PDF editing tools to fill, modify, and prepare documents.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales and customer service, or business development preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new preventative maintenance opportunities using CRM and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow service contracts.
  • Prepare quotes and pricing for maintenance programs.
  • Manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow‑up to close agreements.
  • Collaborate with Service and Management teams to ensure accurate information, scheduling, and customer onboarding.
  • Support revenue growth through upselling and renewals
