AstenJohnson is hiring a PMC Sales & Service Representative to support customers across Southern TN and Northern AL. This role is ideal for someone who knows the paper industry, enjoys being on-site, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service while growing business relationships. Requirements

Experience in the paper industry and with paper machines
Willingness to travel 50%+ to customer sites
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Strong time management, independence, and computer skills

Responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships through goal-oriented sales and service calls
Manage assigned accounts, including inventory, AR, and resource coordination
Support machine crews with installation and removal of paper machine clothing
Collect and analyze fabric life and performance data
Maintain detailed machine drawings, technical documentation, and service plans
Stay safety-certified at customer mill sites
Submit call and expense reports (yes, the necessary evil)
