HazTek is looking for a high‑energy Inside Sales Representative who loves engaging with customers, creating opportunities, and playing a key role in company growth. In this role, you will help fuel HazTek’s expansion by finding new customers and strengthening existing relationships, generate leads, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with a dynamic sales team, and leverage marketing initiatives and industry insights to position HazTek as a trusted leader in safety services. Strategically map and engage key industry decision makers to identify and cultivate high-potential business opportunities. Build strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business. Engage prospective and current clients through consistent outreach. Collaborate with sales team members to develop tailored strategies. Respond quickly to customer inquiries. Convert inbound prospect calls. Communicate HazTek’s services, pricing, and value. Qualify leads and set appointments. Follow up on promotions and initiatives. Log customer information in CRM. Prepare proposals. Stay informed on industry developments. Support tradeshow efforts. Support broader sales goals.
