You’ll meet homeowners who already need service, win their trust, recommend the right solution, close the sale—and then perform the repair and rejuvenation work yourself.No roofing experience? We’ll train you in every skill you need to succeed. What Makes This Role Different: Uncapped commissions: First-year earnings typically $90K–$150K+. Every day you will: Sell: Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls. Build trust quickly, explain options clearly, and close repair, roof wash and rejuvenation sales. Repair & Rejuvenate: Perform minor roof repairs. Wash and rejuvenate roofs to extend their life and improve their appearance. Use basic hand and power tools to complete the work you sell. Serve/Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business. Collect payments and document each job.
