This field‑based role combines consultative selling, technical demonstrations, and customer feedback to drive measurable growth within an assigned territory. The position offers high autonomy, flexibility, and ownership while partnering with a remote manager and cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical training
  • Experience: 3+ years in sales, customer support, or field‑based construction roles
  • Skills: Ability to present and demonstrate products clearly to customers
  • Certifications: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
  • Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the country of employment

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
  • Experience: Background in construction or roofing products or services
  • Skills: Experience managing a sales territory or customer portfolio independently
  • Certifications: Industry training or certifications related to construction or roofing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and distributors within the territory
  • Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, trials, and training at job sites
  • Identify and progress conversion opportunities from trial to recurring business
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback on product performance and applications
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on account plans and growth initiatives
  • Monitor territory activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools
  • Support new product launches through field validation and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with safety practices while working at heights and job sites
