About The Position

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a strategic sales leader to develop and implement sales plans aimed at achieving company objectives and expanding market share in the HVAC industry. The role involves analyzing sales data, forecasting future trends, and preparing reports for senior management. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, stay updated on industry trends, and provide training to the sales team. The position requires continuous evaluation of the sales process and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in HVAC sales, with a minimum of five years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

  • Implement best practices and tools to streamline sales operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
