Hiltz Propane Systems has been designing, engineering, installing, and servicing bulk propane systems for retail, industrial, and commercial clients since 2011. What You'll Do as a Sales & Service Coordinator: Coordinate customer sales and service appointments, including scheduling site visits and technician schedules. Handle initial inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers. Support the sales team by tracking leads, following up, and maintaining organized information. Provide leadership with regular updates on sales activity, customer needs, and key metrics. Manage advertising materials and assist with planning annual trade shows and industry exhibitions. Maintain memberships in regional associations and organize meeting schedules and attendance. Promote the company's safety program by modeling safe practices and encouraging a safety-first mindset. Work as a collaborative team member by sharing information, supporting special projects, and maintaining strong communication across departments. Travel occasionally for site visits or trade shows, generally less than 10% of the role.

Requirements

  • Experienced: Has 1+ year in clerical or administrative work, 2+ years in customer support, and 1+ year scheduling, routing, dispatching, or supporting sales, with an associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Organized: Keeps schedules, appointments, and lead tracking accurate and on time.
  • Strong Communicator: Interacts clearly with customers and coworkers while creating positive customer experiences.
  • Adaptable: Adjusts smoothly to changes in service needs, schedules, or event plans.
  • Collaborative & Dependable: Works well with multiple departments, supports team projects, and follows through reliably.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, with 1+ year of CRM experience preferred, and familiarity with dispatching software or AI tools a plus.
