Our 18 month Sales Rotational Program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch a successful career in sales. Over the course of the program, participants will rotate through multiple sales functions, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in consultative selling. The rotational structure enables participants to apply classroom learning to real‑world scenarios, collaborate with diverse teams, and understand how sales partners with marketing, operations, and technology to drive business outcomes. Participants will receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership, preparing them for long-term success in sales roles.
