Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience is a plus—but passion and drive are essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Self-starter mentality with a hunger to exceed goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

  • Master our product lineup and confidently present features, options, and financing solutions.

  • Use our advanced CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
  • Stay sharp—attend training sessions and stay ahead of the curve on new models and features.
