About The Position

R|O|C Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to support clinic growth in the West Valley / Peoria area. This role focuses on building referral relationships, increasing patient evaluations, and representing our services throughout the local community.This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in goal-driven, competitive, and performance-oriented environments, and who bring discipline, resilience, and consistency to their work.What You’ll Do Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and community referral sources Promote R|O|C Physical Therapy services through in-person outreach and networking Travel locally within the assigned territory to meet referral partners and attend events Represent the company professionally at meetings, community events, and outreach activities Meet or exceed monthly evaluation and referral goals Track and report sales activity, referrals, and market insights Support new clinic openings through promotional and local outreach efforts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive patient experience What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a territory-based role Organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven Excellent communication, follow-through, and accountability Experience in sales, healthcare, or other performance-based roles preferred Backgrounds that demonstrate discipline, competitiveness, and persistence (such as athletics, coaching, or other goal-driven environments) are a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation Base salary plus performance-based commission Commission is tied to measurable results and offers strong earning potential Compensation details provided during the offer process Why Join R|O|C Physical Therapy?
