About The Position

ResQ is looking for a Sales Representative to help launch a new commercial services line focused on repair, maintenance, and service solutions for multi-site operators and commercial facilities. This is an early opportunity to help build the go-to-market strategy, generate new revenue, and establish long term customer relationships while helping define how we win in the market. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound or full cycle B2B sales.
  • 1+ years of selling in the services industry (trades, construction,etc)
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business.
  • Experience selling into commercial customers such as facilities leaders, operations leaders, property managers, general managers, or multi-site operators.
  • Experience selling services, field operations, maintenance, repair, trades, or other operationally critical solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, especially with practical, time constrained buyers.
  • High accountability and comfort working in an early stage environment where you are expected to help create the playbook.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling commercial service agreements, preventive maintenance programs, or recurring service contracts.
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, foodservice equipment, commercial kitchen service, or facilities maintenance.
  • Experience with in person field selling in a local or regional market.
  • Familiarity with restaurant, hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, or other multi location service environments.
  • Exposure to Josh Braun’s Sales Academy or other modern outbound sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales: Prospect and generate new opportunities through outbound, local market development, and referrals. Qualify needs, run discovery, present ResQ’s value, and close new business. Manage deals end-to-end while maintaining strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.
  • Sell service relationships, not just one off jobs: Position ResQ as a trusted service partner for commercial facilities, operations teams, and multi-site businesses. Identify opportunities for recurring service, preventive maintenance, and longer term account growth. Work to expand relationships after initial wins by increasing share of wallet and account penetration.
  • Help define the market playbook: Test messaging, channels, outreach strategies, and local growth tactics. Bring structure and feedback to what is working and what is not. Share market intelligence, customer objections, and competitive insights to help improve pricing, packaging, and positioning.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with operations, support, and leadership to ensure a smooth customer experience. Help improve onboarding, account transitions, and feedback loops between sales and service delivery. Surface customer needs that can influence future offerings and expansion priorities.
  • Build trusted customer relationships: Develop relationships with facilities managers, operators, property teams, and business owners. Act as a strong representative of ResQ in the market. Create a high-trust buying experience from first conversation through launch.
