The Sales Representative role involves establishing commonality and building rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure, and maintaining a positive attitude in a high-energy environment. This position requires conducting face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers located at award-winning resorts, generating sales through initiating transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company, and associates are expected to attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
