Sales Representative- Portable Sanitation
About The Position
Thrive PEO is partnering with Jezco Rentals to find a motivated Sales Representative to grow business across West Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new accounts, and creating long-term customer partnerships to keep West Texas running smoothly. This is more than just taking orders - it's an opportunity to build your book of business, grow recurring revenue, and be rewarded for results. Jezco Rentals provides portable restrooms, handwash stations, restroom trailers, roll-off dumpsters, temporary fencing, and holding tanks to customers across West Texas. As we like to say "one man's waste is another man's treasure".
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Visit jobsites and recommend the right solutions
- Prepare quotes and track activity in CRM
- Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
