About The Position

Refloor is seeking Sales Representatives who are ready to take control of their career and income. The company provides extensive training, tools, and support to ensure success, allowing individuals to learn from top sales leaders and grow their skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The core role involves meeting homeowners, guiding them to ideal flooring solutions, and closing sales. A key aspect is that leads are warm and company-provided, eliminating the need for cold calls or door knocking. Sales Representatives are expected to deliver an exceptional, five-star in-home experience and will receive ongoing coaching and professional support.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Auto insurance
  • Availability weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, and ready to take control of your income

  • Meet homeowners and guide them to the perfect flooring solutions
