Position Overview: Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving assigned sales quotas within designated markets. This role performs a broad range of sales activities, including prospecting, relationship development, proposal generation, and deal execution, while providing ongoing sales support in accordance with company policies and procedures. Target account channels include select Health Clubs, College / University Recreation Centers, Athletics, and Student Housing. Additional channels include key Vertical Markets such as Hospitality, High Schools, Multifamily Housing, Municipality, Physical Therapy, Active Aging and Studios. The primary objective of this position is to increase Matrix Fitness market penetration through consistent face-to-face engagement, effective pipeline management, and the successful closing of new and repeat business.
