About The Position

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Representative who plays a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer support. This position will be responsible for contributing to sales and marketing strategies, educating current and prospective customers on our products, processing orders, and following through to ensure complete customer satisfaction with products purchased.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a B2B or B2C sales role
• Proven track record of consulting both current and prospective customers on the value of our products and services resulting in increased sales performance
• Ability to adapt and collaborate with a variety of people
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Keep customers informed and up-to-date on order status, shipping, and warranty information
• Ability to take ownership of your work and solve challenges
• Detailed, organized, and accurate
• Tech-savvy enough to easily work in Google Suite, our ERP platform, and web sales sites
