About The Position

This position manages retail sales within a specific area or establishment. The role is responsible for generating revenue from key accounts within a defined geographic area or market, overseeing all branding activities including advertising, marketing programs, pricing strategies, and distribution models. Additionally, the Sales Representative is accountable for the inbound and outbound transportation of goods and materials.

Requirements

2-5 years of sales experience.
Bilingual- Spanish and English written & spoken
Proven track record in business development and account management
Strong knowledge of the local landscape
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationships-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities withing independent retail outlets, small distributors and foodservice restaurants focus on BBQ products.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, increasing volume, and product mix.
Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
Increase product penetration and visibility across assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, buyers, retail operators.
Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and new product integration discussions with clients.
Negotiate contracts in alignment with company guidelines.
Provide accurate and timely volume forecast for import products and plant products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
