As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to join our team and help homeowners protect and enhance their biggest investment: their home.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales OR hands-on trade work (roofing, siding, construction, etc.)
A confident communicator who can build trust and credibility quickly
Strong work ethic and self-discipline to manage your own schedule
Driven to succeed — you want uncapped earning potential
Ability to climb a ladder and perform roof inspections (we provide safety training)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through company-provided marketing, referrals, and your own networking efforts
Conduct roof inspections and exterior evaluations (full training provided)
Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and window solutions
Prepare proposals and present options clearly and professionally
Guide customers through the insurance claim or financing process if needed
Own the sales process from first conversation to signed contract
