We’re hiring driven Direct Sellers to represent our home remodeling solutions across the DFW metro area. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for high-energy sales professionals who thrive in field-based, people-facing environments. As a 3508 Direct Seller, you’ll engage homeowners directly, educate them on our remodeling services, and generate high-quality sales opportunities through consultative conversations. Requirements

  • Experience in direct sales, in-home sales, field sales, canvassing, or commission-based roles
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within assigned territories.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends when homeowners are most available.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face to face sales presentations to homeowners in assigned territory.
  • Educate homeowners on the features and benefits of our remodeling services.
  • Build trust, rapport, create strong customer relationships.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through networking, canvassing, and referrals.
  • Partner with marketing and inside sales teams to maximize lead follow-up and conversion.
  • Assess homeowner needs and recommend solutions that fit their goals and budget.
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Close sales agreements and complete all documentation accurately.
