About The Position

CONMED is seeking a Sales Representative for its Advanced Surgical sales force in the Austin, Texas territory. CONMED has been a leader in developing cutting-edge surgical and patient care products since the early 1970s, emphasizing innovation and constant improvement. In this role, the Sales Representative will bring energy, drive, perseverance, commitment, and professionalism to achieve new sales and maintain existing business, selling innovative technology to OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces to positively impact patient outcomes. The Sales Representative will receive extensive hands-on training and ongoing collaboration and development from Field Sales Trainers, with opportunities to grow and advance. They will collaborate with leadership, peers, and key decision-makers such as surgeons, nurses, and OR managers. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (Medical Device Preferred) OR 6+ years of outside sales, surgical tech, or related clinical experience required OR Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative
  • Approximately 25% travel
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
  • Meeting account requirements regarding vaccinations, including the COVID-19 vaccination
