Visionz Designs is a fast-growing custom apparel and fulfillment company based in Irving, Texas. We specialize in embroidery, screen printing, decals, and fulfillment , supporting brands and organizations across the U.S. We are uniquely positioned in the market with licensed brand capabilities , in-house production, and fulfillment infrastructure — and we believe Visionz is on a path to become a leader in the custom apparel and branded merchandise space . The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join Visionz at a growth stage , where the right sales professional can make a real impact. We’re looking for a commission-based Sales Representative who wants to: grow a book of business, or bring an existing book and expand it further with stronger production and fulfillment support This role is ideal for a relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys building long-term partnerships, selling programs (not just one-off orders), and being part of a company with momentum. This is not a high-pressure, cold-calling role.

Requirements

• Sales professionals with experience in: apparel, promotional products, print, or branding
• Reps looking to grow a book of business with the backing of a strong production partner
• Reps with an existing client list who want better execution, speed, and support
• Self-motivated, relationship-oriented sellers who value autonomy and trust

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships across brands and organizations
• Sell Visionz’s core services: custom apparel and decoration embroidery and screen printing decals and branded merchandise fulfillment and kitting support
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through repeat programs and value-added items (“swag”)
• Work closely with internal production and leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality results
