Requirements

Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required
Experience in commission-based or customer-facing sales roles welcomed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management, organization, and computer skills
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Consult with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
Create a best-in-class buying experience that builds lifelong customer relationships
Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, finance options, and dealership services
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and previous customers
Track customer interactions using dealership management systems
Stay current on new products, features, and accessories
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
