Job Description As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer insights.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and generate leads.
