About The Position

We are looking for a goal-driven sales professional to aggressively develop and grow our customer base in (city name). This role is ideal for a hunter-type salesperson who thrives on building relationships, winning business, and owning a territory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close business
  • Valid driver’s license required

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by actively managing and expanding an assigned sales territory
  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales and rental opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase market share
  • Create and deliver competitive quotes that convert prospects into long-term customers
  • Maintain a consistent call schedule and pipeline strategy to exceed sales targets
  • Utilize CRM to track opportunities, manage follow-ups, and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with product support, service, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support contract creation, order processing, inventory needs, and A/R follow-up
  • Travel for customer visits, ride-alongs, and manufacturer trainings as needed
