Do such questions intrigue you? Client Overview: We are hiring for an organization called "Tech for Social Impact" under Microsoft Philanthropies. This sales support team focuses on driving new and current opportunities within the philanthropic sector. - Role Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in working the backlog to qualify leads and assist with scheduling inbound leads. Your contributions will be vital in driving sales and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with confident phone conversations, asking questions to guide customers to the correct next steps.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with call screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Comfort with cold calls.
  • MSFT experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Work through marketing -generated leads to verify and route them correctly or set appointments.
  • Collaborate with the team on campaign follow -up.
  • Identify, profile, and qualify opportunities, moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Interface with internal Microsoft personnel and partners.
  • Profile accounts and ensure account data quality.
  • Send follow -up information such as sales kits and collateral to customers.
  • Conduct a high level of outbound telephone sales activity and email communication.
