Account Manager – Outside Sales Uncapped Earnings • Career Growth • Trusted Brand Rose Pest Solutions, the nation’s oldest pest management company (est. 1860), is looking for a driven, energetic, goal-oriented sales professional to join our growing team. Compensation: $5,000/Month guaranteed for the first 150 days (onboarding/training period) After 150 days: Base Salary of $39,600 + Commission Total earning potential: $48,100- $200,000+

Requirements

  • Is at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Is a U.S. citizen or possess documentation required to work in the United States
  • Is able to work before 8am and after 5pm, and/or on weekends
  • Has a valid motor vehicle operator's license and a good driving record
  • Has excellent communication skills; can read, speak, write and comprehend English.
  • Is experienced in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Has the ability to work independently, organize, plan and prioritize time and projects
  • Lives within the service area or be willing to move to it
  • 60 lbs. vertical lift from 30 inches to 50 inches from the floor 5x
  • Ascend and Descend a ladder 3 rungs 2x
  • Access a space with a height of 24 inches and a width of 24 inches 1x
  • Ambulate on a treadmill at a speed of 1.5 mph for 10 minutes 1x
  • Proven success in sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable with in-field assessments, problem-solving, and client engagement.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours.
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Strong communication skills — able to read, write, and converse comfortably in English.
  • Sales-minded: experienced in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions.
  • Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and accessing tight spaces when necessary).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build long-term client relationships across a wide range of industries.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions.
  • Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges.
  • Represent Rose as a consultative, solutions-based sales professional.
