About The Position

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management: Open and maintain accounts in the assigned territory (supermarket chains, independent stores, wholesalers). Monitor stock levels, damages, credits, slow-moving inventory, expiring products, and new items. Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances and bounced checks; maintain accurate receivables records. Sales Execution: Place orders on time: Monday–Friday by 3:00PM Orders must be done with 48 Hours in advance  Implement Planograms and assist with new store setups. Actively participate in in-store events: product sampling, grand openings, resets, and setups. Customer Service & Relationship Building: Follow through on all commitments made to customers and supervisors. Maintain professional appearance and voicemail on company-issued mobile. Address and resolve discrepancies on DSD documents promptly; unresolved DSDs will affect commissions. Internal Engagement: Attend EMD Trade Shows, weekly Friday conference calls (3:30 PM), and monthly sales meetings (8:00 AM). Adjust schedule as needed for holidays and peak periods (e.g., Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere to company policies on professionalism and confidentiality. Keep product knowledge, pricing, store specials, and promotional materials up to date. Use the AT&T Workforce Tracking System as required.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Vehicle insurance with $300,000 combined single limit
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Professional, quality-focused, and customer-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Knowledge of sales practices and product categories
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Prior sales experience preferred (especially in retail/wholesale or food distribution environments)
