Requirements

Self-motivated, confident, and ambitious , with a strong desire to succeed.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Goal-driven and eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
Valid driver's license required.
Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders to assess roofs.

Responsibilities

Self-Generating Sales Activities: Creatively identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, canvassing, and community engagement . Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners' needs and offer expert advice on our roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling services. Build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maximizing your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
Prescheduled Leads: Convert pre-scheduled appointments into satisfied customers using your excellent communication and presentation skills .
