About The Position

This is a field-based outside sales position focused on building strong B2B relationships and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account expansion. The ideal candidate will have proven service-industry sales experience , thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy connecting with business decision-makers to deliver tailored sanitation solutions. This role is a key part of our strategic growth plan and offers a competitive base salary with incentive opportunities tied to performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in the service industry, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience using HubSpot CRM or similar platforms is an asset.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and expanded business.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and CRM utilization goals.
  • Collaborate with branch management and operations teams to ensure service excellence for customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline activities, and sales progress in HubSpot CRM.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
