About The Position
Surface Experts is an all‑inclusive surface repair provider. We specialize in spot repairs to hard surfaces such as floors, countertops, tubs/showers, cabinets, furniture… and more! Customers value our quality repairs because it saves them time, money, and landfill waste. You’ll have the freedom to structure your day, a steady flow of quality leads, a supportive team, and world‑class training at Surface Experts Headquarters. No prior industry or formal sales experience required. If you bring the right attributes, we’ll train you to excel.
Requirements
- Coachable —eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook
- Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
- Detail-Oriented — consistently executes daily habits turning activity into revenue (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups)
Responsibilities
- Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work
- Light admin and prep from your home; log notes and metrics in our software
- Daily 15-min team check-in; end of day review with owner; bi-weekly meetings w/coach; quarterly virtual national sales training
