Requirements

  • Must currently hold a valid Florida 220 license.
  • Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting guidelines, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, bilingual preferred.
  • Persuasive negotiation abilities to effectively close sales and meet targets.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Home, Auto, Pet, Flood insurance using consultative sales techniques.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods.
  • Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Participate in incentive programs and sales contests to drive performance.
  • Attend industry networking events to build relationships and support business development.
  • Consistently surpass sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuances.
