Requirements
- You have 4+ years of outside or in-home sales with a strong closing track record.
- You’re comfortable at the kitchen table, building trust quickly through real conversation.
- You’re confident with basic tech (email, simple online tools, digital paperwork).
- You have reliable transportation and are comfortable with local travel.
- You’re independent, organized, and like running your day like it’s your own business.
- You’ve sold direct-to-consumer before (final expense, solar, home improvement, alarms, etc.) and enjoy in-home selling.
Responsibilities
- Meet clients in their homes for scheduled, needs-based presentations.
- Ask smart questions, listen deeply, and make complex topics simple and clear.
- Guide seniors and their families to the right solution and confidently close the sale.
