Requirements

  • 2+ years of in-home or consumer-direct sales (financial services, insurance, home services or similar)
  • Strong closing skills and comfort in a commission-driven environment
  • Clear, compassionate communication with seniors and families
  • Self-discipline, organization, and calendar/pipeline management skills
  • Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends

Responsibilities
