About The Position

Michael's Toyota of Bellevue, one of the top Toyota dealerships in the Northwest and America, is seeking experienced Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of car sales experience, with a preference for those familiar with the Toyota brand. The dealership boasts the largest new and used car inventory in the state, offering significant earning potential. As part of Lithia & Driveway, the largest automotive retailer in North America and a Fortune 500 company, the role focuses on providing an excellent vehicle-buying experience to create lifelong customers. Requirements

  • 2 years of car sales experience.
  • Dealership/automotive sales experience is a must.
  • Reliable - Shows up Ready to Work.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Outgoing Personality - Ability to guide customers with their needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work Independently.
  • Customer and sales focused.
  • Knowledgeable on products, features, and industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
  • Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
  • Ability to work in a drug free workplace.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Toyota experience.
  • Experience in automotive sales (is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
  • Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.
  • Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
  • Track customers using store specific management system/s.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories.
  • Attend product and training courses.
