Our growing restoration business is seeking an experienced and highly motivated commercial sales person to help us continue our upward trajectory. Must be an expert networker, skilled at B2B sales, who creates deep, meaningful connections with prospects and customers. Requirements

  • Ability to identify potential customers, dig for the decision makers, and grow your own pipeline
  • Be a proactive connector who drives business
  • Be a professional communicator both verbally and written
  • Understand the importance of documenting sales activity in the management system
  • Self-disciplined
  • Easily adapts to and learns new skills including technology
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to pivot and "get your hands dirty in the field" when your customer suffers property damage
  • 2-year degree or equivalent experience

  • Restoration or insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with local insurance agents
  • Participating in and hosting networking events

  • Selling pre-loss agreements to commercial customers
