Requirements

Previous sales experience (automotive a plus, but not required)
Comfort working in a commission-based role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to build rapport quickly and follow up with customers
Self-motivated with a passion for providing outstanding service

Responsibilities

Sell both new and pre-owned vehicles to walk-in and appointment-based customers
Guide clients through the entire car-buying process, from initial consultation to final sale
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business
Stay up to date on all Infiniti models, features, and available options to help clients find the best match
Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction
