What You’ll Do: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a customer database Handle customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet dealership goals Qualifications: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) familiarity Phone Sales & Appointment Setting – High-volume outbound calling, lead follow-up, converting leads to appointments Customer Service – Active listening, problem-solving, empathy, and professionalism Sales Process Knowledge – Understanding of automotive sales workflows Lead Management – Handling internet leads, walk-ins, and referrals efficiently Communication Skills – Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication Time Management & Organization – Prioritizing leads, follow-ups, and scheduling Data Entry & Record-Keeping – Accuracy in tracking customer interactions Product Knowledge – Understanding of the dealership’s vehicles, offers, and financing options Team Collaboration – Working closely with sales, finance, and service departments Why Join Us?
