About The Position

Debt.Help is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to support our growing team. Debt.Help is a premier, service-first Debt Relief company dedicated to helping consumers overcome difficult financial situations with clarity, compassion, and expertise. Our Sales Representatives are the first and final point of contact for clients, guiding them through education, financial analysis, recommendation of solutions, and enrollment. While this is a sales role, advisement and financial guidance are the foundation of what makes Debt.Help different. At Debt.Help, we do not do cold-calling or canvassing. You will receive 15–20 inbound calls per day from consumers seeking help. No sales experience needed—paid training provided. This is a full-time, onsite position at our Tempe, AZ office with an expected start date of 1/09/2026. Schedule may include one weekday off and a full working day on Saturday. Dress code is business casual. This role is an excellent fit for individuals with backgrounds in auto sales, debt collection, hospitality/restaurant service, home warranty sales, and Medicare Part B sales, as well as anyone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Income opportunity exceeds $120,000–$150,000+ per year, with top performers earning even more. What You’ll Do: Speak with inbound leads and educate them on our debt relief programs Guide clients through financial assessments and recommend personalized solutions Follow up with potential clients from direct mail, social media, and referral channels Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets Advance into a full Account Executive role within 60–90 days (training provided) Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continually sharpen performance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • No sales experience required—paid training provided
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion abilities
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and navigating financial discussions
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, goal-oriented
  • Prior experience in sales (auto sales, collections, warranty/insurance), telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for occasional remote tasks
  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions
  • Take constructive feedback
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt

Responsibilities

  • Day 60–90: minimum close ratio required
  • Closing deals – 40%
  • Following up on Facebook/direct mail leads – 40%
  • Contract work & pipeline management – 10%
  • Team building & training – 10%
  • Identify and cultivate interest in Debt Relief Services
  • Qualify leads and progress them through the sales process
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call, follow-up, and transfer goals
  • Participate in feedback sessions to improve performance
