About The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our range of Hispanic food and beverage products to a variety of customers, including retailers such as supermarkets, c-stores, and mini-market accounts in the Knoxville, TN area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. In this role you will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their way of doing business to learn about their goals and priorities to establish how Distribuidora Limena can meet them. As a sales representative and driver, you will need to meet and exceed sales targets, and ensure that the products are stocked, displayed, and promoted effectively in our stores. Manage the entire sales cycle from visiting the customer, monitoring deliveries, to finding clients to closing the deal and making sure customers are paying their invoices in a timelymanner. Create new sales opportunities through networking. Provide professional consultation in the Latin American food and beverage consumption. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to satisfy our customers and to maintain Distribuidora Limena’s and Ethnix Group’s reputation. Accountable for meeting Distribuidora Limena Accounts Business Unit KPI’s and sales budget Organizational Responsibilities: Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, warehouse, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the site's efficiency, profitability, and productivity.Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, logistics tools, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training programs and by accessing other sources of information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of a sales and marketing platform, internet, and CRM platform background sufficient to resolve customer complaints and issues and complete financial records, documents, and reports.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, and answer questions in English.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages to complete daily settlements, reports and inventory audits and other reporting information.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, TEAMS, and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents.
  • Proficiency and fluency in using the internet.
  • Current valid driver’s license is required.
