Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening (MVR, drug screening, criminal background check).
  • Sales license required.

Responsibilities

  • Master and execute the dealership sales process.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to final vehicle delivery.
  • Present and demonstrate inventory to potential buyers.
  • Manage and update daily inventory reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly sales plans.
  • Maintain dealership standards for Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units sold.
  • Stay informed on the latest products, market trends, and certifications.
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively.
