About The Position

Experienced Healthcare Staffing Recruiter – Join Our Growing Team Are you a proven healthcare staffing recruiter who thrives on urgency, placements, and performance? Join a growing, fast-paced team where your recruiting skills directly impact patient care and client success. Dean’s Professional Services is seeking an experienced recruiter who knows how to run a full desk, build pipelines, and close placements in a high-demand healthcare environment. This is an in-office role based in Houston, where collaboration, speed, and team support drive our success. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands agency-style recruiting, urgency, and performance expectations. Requirements

At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment
Minimum 2 years recruiting within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the pace of healthcare staffing
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment
Motivated, performance-driven, and energized by high-volume recruiting
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for clinical, allied, and non-clinical healthcare roles preferred
Comfortable using applicant tracking systems; experience with Bullhorn ATS is a plus
Confident problem-solver who can adapt quickly
