Requirements

Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position, sales experience preferred.
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment.
We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sales.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow -up.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize dealership resources for inventory control and sales reporting.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
