About The Position
We’re launching a new roofing startup in St. Louis backed by an established roofing company, and we’re building a team of hungry door-to-door killers. This is for people who actually like the grind — knock, talk, set sits, sign contingencies. What you get: 2–5 high-quality company leads per day (REAL leads — no BS) The rest of your day is door knocking (that’s where the winners separate) $500 PAID at contingency signed + rest paid at build We fight claims with a legal team for maximum payout Strong culture, Christian principles, big opportunity, room to advance fast What we expect: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week You’re coachable, consistent, and competitive You want to win, and you don’t need babysitting Standard: 15 roofs in your first 30 days We’ll train you, support you, and give you the system — but you have to show up and swing hard every day.
