Advanced Facilities is a growing facilities services company providing cleaning, maintenance, and facility project solutions to commercial and multifamily clients across the Midwest. Our services include ongoing facility contracts, unit turn services, specialty cleaning, maintenance work, and emerging facility technologies such as cleaning robotics. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a commission-driven environment and is excited to build a book of business. The Facilities Services Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and selling facility service contracts, maintenance services, and project work throughout Rochester and the Midwest region. This role is ideal for someone with experience in facilities, cleaning, property services, or maintenance sales who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a performance-driven role with a strong commission opportunity, designed for a sales professional who wants to grow their income based on results. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and the VP of Business Development.
